Managing Director Meera Wagman will be speaking on Wednesday, May 6 as part of the practicum session: “Forensic Tools for Post-Mortem Review and Litigation Support”.

This session will explore how attorneys and experts leverage P6 to perform forensic analyses on distressed projects, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for claims and litigation. The discussion will draw on real-world disputes, covering topics like critical path and concurrent delay, resequencing, interim milestones and liquidated damages, time-impact analyses, and schedule reconstruction.
