Mr. Moutaftchiev is a dedicated construction professional with significant expertise in schedule delay and quantum, project controls, dispute resolution, and project advisory. He is adept in process facilities, mining, mass transit, oil & gas, infrastructure, commercial and residential buildings.

Miroslav Moutaftchiev has extensive experience working with public and private owners, contractors and construction professionals, providing project controls, project advisory, and dispute resolution services. Additionally, Mr. Moutaftchiev advises clients during the planning and execution of capital projects, focusing on cost and schedule controls, labor productivity, and overall project management. Mr. Moutaftchiev specializes in schedule and delay analysis, quantum development, productivity and labor analysis, and project and program management. His industry experience includes significant engagements in process facilities, mining, mass transit, oil & gas, heavy civil/infrastructure, and commercial and residential development projects.

Before joining the construction consulting industry, Mr. Moutaftchiev worked as a construction inspector on various multi-million dollar infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects. As a construction inspector, Mr. Moutaftchiev ensured construction compliance with applicable building codes, project specifications, and industry standards.

To help support the next generation of construction professionals, Mr. Moutaftchiev serves as a mentor with the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE) Mentor Program of America. He uses his experience to engage and inspire high school students to pursue careers in the construction industry. Mr. Moutaftchiev is actively involved with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation (AVLF), which provides legal aid and education to low-income individuals.

Mr. Moutaftchiev is a native Bulgarian speaker and fluent in English.
