Mr. Loreti is an Associate Director at Secretariat International based in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Loreti has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including 5 years specializing in dispute resolution services.Mr. Loreti has provided consultation on a wide range of projects throughout the world, including airports, commercial and high-rise residential buildings, government buildings, petrochemical and refinery facilities, process plants, water transportation construction, professional sports venues, commercial mixed-use, railway and highway transportation. He has specialized in the areas of schedule analysis, expert advisory and preparation of independent expert reports, delay and disruption, and construction claims assessment.
Prior to working in the consulting field, Mr. Loreti’s background and experience was heavily focused on state DOT and transportation projects in the areas of schedule & budget development, project management, engineering design, and construction management. He worked as a project manager on large scale infrastructure development projects in the United States and its U.S. Territories. Additionally, Mr. Loreti’s prior experience was as a civil design and project engineer on highway, urban planning, transportation, water resources, land development, and site design projects for government agencies and private developers.
Mr. Loreti received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Florida State University and is certified as a Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia.
