Beginning her career as an engineer, Mingming gained hands-on experience in engineering, procurement, and construction before specialising in dispute resolution. Her expertise covers quantum surveying, valuation of work done, valuation of variations, assessment of damages, and loss and expense analysis.
She has been appointed as a Quantum Expert in AIAC arbitrations and has acted as Lead Assistant to both quantum and delay experts (on disruption matters) in high-value international proceedings.
