Ms. Ye has more than eight years of experience in evaluation of delay/disruption for construction projects, including power plant, offshore facility, mining, railway, metro, hotel, office & retail complex, religious building, industrial and residential projects.
She has considerable experience in different types of disputes and to cater for different needs, including claim preparation, negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
Being a native Chinese speaker, Ms. Ye is proficient in English with intermediate communication skill in Japanese.
