Zachary Boswell is an experienced geotechnical engineer specializing in complex geotechnical and civil engineering projects for infrastructure, commercial, and heavy civil projects. Mr. Boswell provided remediation recommendations and assisted with determining the cause(s) of the failure for general contractors, developers, insurance agencies, and residential clients. His work includes designing and investigating issues related to slope stability, ground improvement, earth movement, differing site condition claims, retaining walls, support of excavation, shallow and deep foundations, leakage mitigation, cold storage facilities, artificial turf fields, and site drainage.
Mr. Boswell has extensive field experience and construction administration, which includes subsurface investigations, artificial turf field investigations, subgrade preparation, excavation/replacement, well installation, soil remediation, ground improvement, and quality control of construction, including drilled piles, soil-cement piles, helical piles, rapid impact compaction, rammed aggregate piers, rigid inclusions/controlled modulus columns, mats, tiebacks, retaining walls, temporary support of excavation, and shallow foundations.
Mr. Boswell’s design experience includes shallow foundations, micropiles, helical anchors, modular block retaining walls, slope stability analysis, driven pile analysis, pavement quality analysis, tiebacks, timber shoring and other temporary support of excavation systems, artificial turf fields, and subslab depressurization systems design. He is experienced in developing Micropile, Secant Pile, Tieback, Dewatering, Movement/Vibration Monitoring, Earthwork , and other Geotechnical and Civil specifications.

AI is rapidly reshaping how financial institutions in Latin America approach compliance, shifting from reactive monitoring to proactive financial crime detection. Advanced AI platforms specialized in crime detection enable banks to process vast datasets, identify anomalous behaviors, and map hidden relationships across accounts and jurisdictions. This is particularly relevant in a region characterized by complex cross-border flows, uneven regulatory enforcement, and significant exposure to illicit economies.
