Wei Ren Cheong specializes in delay analysis in construction disputes and has been engaged in various notable projects which include commercial & residential developments, and transport & energy infrastructure. He has worked on international disputes on projects located in the Middle East, and throughout Asia for project owners, contractors, and sub-contractors.

Since 2017, Mr. Cheong has provided delay forensic delay and disruption analysis services in the context of formal dispute proceedings for complex construction projects.
He has prepared expert opinions on construction delay and programming issues for commercial, residential, industrial, transport and energy infrastructure projects across Asia for project owners, contractors, and sub-contractors.
