Tony Doganiero has more than 26 years of experience providing advice and counseling to public and private owners, EPC contractors, and other construction participants and professionals to improve project management and controls, deliver successful projects, and avoid and resolve construction disputes.
Mr. Doganiero served as an attorney in private practice concentrating exclusively on construction litigation, government contracting, and resolving project-related claims through industry-oriented forms of alternative dispute resolution. Using his experience as a construction litigator, Mr. Doganiero developed a project counseling program implemented by proactive owners and EPC contractors on large, complex construction projects, including $1 billion in power generation facilities in the United States. As part of this program, Mr. Doganiero was embedded with project management teams on-site to ensure contract compliance, maintain appropriate cost and schedule controls, and resolve schedule, scope, and costs claims in real-time. Mr. Doganiero applies this practical experience when providing his clients with advisory and litigation support services.
Mr. Doganiero has consulted EPC contractors on power generation projects throughout the United States and Canada. He has counseled both owners and contractors on high-rise building construction, including luxury developments in Miami and Las Vegas. Mr. Doganiero has represented clients on large civil, earthwork, and infrastructure projects, including flood dams, airports, wastewater treatment, and highway construction. His experience also includes oil & gas projects in Brazil and Canada.
