Shalabh Gupta has provided financial analyses, economic advisory, forensic accounting, and other litigation support services to clients and their counsel for 10 years. His work typically involves the evaluation of economic damages, preparation of expert reports, and expert witness testimony in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, investor-state arbitrations and international arbitration matters, including breach of contract, M&A and fraud, as well as in construction disputes. He has also worked on multiple engagements related to investigations, asset tracing, and end-use of borrowed funds.
Mr. Gupta’s work experience includes a wide range of industries including telecom, restaurant and hospitality, real estate, oil and gas, retail, banking and financial services, cannabis, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and renewable energy.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Gupta worked as part of disputes and investigations practices of Berkeley Research Group, FTI Consulting, and Deloitte in India.
