Ms. Njoku provides investigative and litigation support for clients ranging from individuals to large public companies across a series of industries including financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare. Her work focuses on complex disputes involving allegations of intellectual property and trade secret theft, software implementation failures, and IT service outsourcing disputes. Software disputes include bespoke system solutions, new AI technology, ERP, HRIS, and CRM solutions.

Prior to joining Secretariat, Ms. Njoku worked at an expert consultancy firm providing services within its forensic litigation practice.
