His broad sectoral experience includes buildings, rail, bridges, tunnels, renewable energy, industrial facilities, and heavy civil infrastructure.
Mr. Bouvier holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University, complemented by a minor in finance. He is bilingual, fluent in both English and French.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Bouvier worked in project advisory and risk management at Arup and in disputes and strategic project advisory at Accuracy.
