Mr. Holder began his career with working with contractors before moving to consultancy work in 1995. He progressed to senior partner of EC Harris LLP, where he was head of contract advisory services and led a team of specialists across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In 2012, Navigant acquired Mr. Holder’s practice, International Construction Forensics. In 2018, Mr. Holder joined Secretariat.
Mr. Holder was lead technical author for the 4th RICS Practice Statement and Guidance Note for Surveyors acting as Expert Witnesses. He is a published author and lectures regularly. He also serves as a visiting practitioner to the MSc Construction Law and Dispute Resolution course at Kings College, London.
