His work involves disputes over lost profits and increased costs, primarily in breach of contract or class action lawsuits. Mr. Raphael’s contributions span a wide array of industries such as energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, information technology, and sports & media.
Prior to joining Secretariat, Mr. Raphael spent three years at a boutique expert disputes firm and began his career in institutional investment management.
