Ms. Cantalupo has broad experience across industries, including mining, oil & gas, technology, financial services, and retail franchising. Her background includes valuation modeling and forensic analysis, and provides a strong foundation for quantum measurement in legal disputes: she has prepared expert reports for complex quantum issues in institutional arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, AAA/ICDR, and ICSID, and in U.S. and Canadian litigation. In addition, she has provided expert advice throughout legal disputes, including claim preparation and analysis, discovery, mediation, and the examination of expert witnesses at trials and hearings.
Before joining Secretariat, Ms. Cantalupo was a senior consultant in the economic and financial practice at a global consulting firm, where she specialized in business valuation, damages quantification, and financial advisory services. She was also a senior accountant in the audit advisory group at a Big Four accounting firm, providing audit and assurance services to financial institutions, private equity fund managers, and insurance providers.
