Mr. Oxley has more than 25 years’ experience of commercial and contract management across the entire project life cycle having been involved in the delivery of large scale projects, both in the UK and overseas. In addition, he has provided contractual advice, analysed, prepared and defended construction claims, and assisted in the production of expert witness reports on projects in the UK, the Middle East, Europe and Australia.
