Ms. Feng has 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industries specializing in building enclosure across healthcare, commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects. She also consults on building enclosure related matters for owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals and is an expert witness in disputes over construction defects.
Fan Feng is an expert specializing in the design and construction of building enclosures. Ms. Feng provides her expertise as a licensed Professional Engineer during investigation, evaluation, repair design, construction administration, and dispute resolution for building enclosure related issues. Her experience includes design peer review, commissioning, forensic investigation, analysis and simulation, testing and construction monitoring of building enclosure and its related systems.
Ms. Feng is an active member of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) serving on the Diversion and Inclusion Committee and the Certification Council. She also participated in IIBEC Certified Building Enclosure Commissioning Provider (CBECxP) Program as a Subject Matter Expert in 2023.
