Mr. Mah is a Chartered Business Valuator and Chartered Professional Accountant, with 5 years of experience working on business valuations and damages quantification, across a variety of geographies and industries.
As a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Mr. Mah regularly provides services in the areas of business valuation, damages quantification, and commercial litigation and disputes. He has assisted in the preparation of numerous expert reports, with work including document review, damages calculations and report writing, as well as provided support to testifying experts and counsel at trial.
Mr. Mah’s casework covers a broad range of industries including oil and gas, financial services, metals and mining, pharmaceutical, aviation, and retail/distribution, as well as a range of geographies including North America, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining Secretariat, Mr. Mah has previously acted as an external auditor, financial consultant, and tax advisor for private and public companies.
