Mr. Skurovas is engineering professional with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry with a wide variety of international experience specialising in valuation of damages, disruption and loss of productivity, variations, claims for acceleration/mitigation costs, and costs arising from termination.
Eduardas Skurovas is a highly motivated professional. His background includes quantum & delay and forensic data analysis in international arbitrations and his work spans across sectors on projects in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America. Mr. Skurovas is a seasoned analyst with a robust background in oil & gas, power from waste, project change & cost management, project disruption/ prolongation and delays.
Prior to specialising in disputes, Mr. Skurovas worked on major construction projects in the UK, including energy from waste plants, infrastructure, residential properties and wastewater treatment plants in both; project delivery and dispute resolution under various standard form construction contracts, including the Engineering and Construction Contract (NEC), FIDIC, and JCT.
Mr. Skurovas is fluent in Russian, Lithuanian and English.
