Before joining Secretariat, he was a construction project controller for a major hospital in Boston and managed construction projects for several prominent New England contractors.

He specializes in schedule and delay analysis, quantum development and defense, productivity and labor analysis, project controls, construction cost analysis, contract administration, project and program management, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Sullivan’s industry experience includes healthcare, senior and assisted living, power plants, education, senior/student housing, mixed-use, transportation, commercial, industrial, historical renovations, utilities, water and wastewater, and disaster management.
