Chris Boyd specializes in delay analysis, project scheduling – using Critical Path Method scheduling – and management, delay and disruption analysis, damages analysis, and litigation support on construction projects. He has worked with U.S. and international owners, developers, engineers, contractors, government entities, insurers, and stakeholders to address scheduling and programming issues, contract disputes, and other claims on complex construction projects throughout the world.
Mr. Boyd evaluates and prepares expert reports on delays, disruption, loss of productivity, and related damages. He reviews and analyzes the technical requirements of contractor schedule updates. In addition, his experience includes engineering, design, and on-site construction inspection. Mr. Boyd’s experience also spans a variety of construction projects, including infrastructure, municipal, transportation, power, commercial, hospitality, marine vessels, and industrial facilities.
With a background in schedule preparation and review and damage analyses of delays, disruption, productivity, and time impacts, Mr. Boyd brings a solid foundation of project controls and construction management knowledge to every project. In addition, he excels at simplifying and explaining complicated issues using demonstrative evidence and other graphics.
