Mr. Dube specializes in providing delay analysis services to clients in construction and engineering disputes and is highly skilled in the identification of the incidence and extent of delay in complex projects.
He has consulted on several construction and engineering projects across multiple industry sectors including residential and commercial building (new build and refurbishment), infrastructure (aviation, rail, and highways) and industrial projects (oil refinery, process plants and data centers).
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Dube worked for Tudor Rose Consulting where he provided delay analysis services for various matters in adjudication, delay reports for insurance claims, preparation, or defense of claims for extension of time and construction scheduling support to contractors and subcontractors tendering for work, project monitoring and management during live projects.
