At Secretariat, Amy is responsible for advancing the firm’s global people and operational strategy, driving initiatives that strengthen leadership, optimize processes, and support long-term growth across practices and regions in partnership with other firm leaders. Her remit extends beyond traditional HR to include firmwide programs that accelerate integration, enhance client delivery capability, and foster operational excellence. She plays a central role in aligning talent, structure, and business priorities to reinforce Secretariat’s collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and sustain its reputation for world-class expertise.

Amy’s background includes leading large-scale transformation, integration, and modernization efforts within professional services and advisory firms. She has successfully guided multi-region mergers and acquisitions, built global operating models, and implemented performance frameworks that drive accountability and measurable business outcomes. Before joining Secretariat, Amy held senior leadership roles at major international consulting organizations, where she partnered with CEOs, CFOs, and practice leaders to deliver results across strategy, operations, and culture.
