Managing Director Chris Sullivan will be speaking on the panel “Your Discovery Tool Belt – Tools and Tricks of the Trade for Construction Litigation” during the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law Spring Meeting in New Orleans, April 11-13.

The panel will explore the discovery tools that matter and how to frame your discovery efforts to effectively use at trial. Experienced in-house counsel will explain which discovery efforts are viewed as a waste of time, and an experienced expert witness will explain how discovery can help – or hurt – the expert’s evaluation. The panel will also include Kate West (PCL) and Diana Lyn McGraw (Fox Rothschild).
