Secretariat is proud to once again sponsor the 20th Annual AAA Construction Conference on June 12 in New York City.

Hosted by the American Arbitration Association, this year’s program, “Laying the Groundwork: A Structured Approach to Managing Construction Disputes,” will feature industry leaders and legal experts exploring cutting-edge topics in construction arbitration—from ADR clause design and data management to ethical considerations and evolving witness practices.
