
Jessica Bujaroski is an Associate Director at Secretariat, based in Dubai. Ms. Bujaroski has over 10 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, and offers a wealth of experience to address complex and evolving privacy and data governance challenges. She has managed the implementation of comprehensive privacy management frameworks for clients including public sector agencies, non-profit organizations and multinationals across the Middle East, Asia Pacific (including China), Europe, the US, and the UK.
Ms. Bujaroski provides privacy compliance advice to private sector clients across the technology, health, finance, pharmaceutical, and professional services industries. This includes leading readiness assessments for clients seeking to comply with global privacy and data protection regimes and applying her operational expertise to support compliance with various data protection obligations, including data protection impact assessments for data analytics projects, and the implementation of Artificial Intelligence driven surveillance solutions. Ms. Bujaroski has also conducted numerous training workshops for clients and provided thought leadership in relation to ethical data usage.
Ms. Bujaroski is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and has a Master of Laws from The College of Law, Australia.
