Mingming has over 10 years of experience in claim analysis, dispute advisory, and contract management for local and international construction projects of varying sizes and complexities across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. She specializes in construction quantum and disruption analysis.
Singapore
Zuo Mingming is a construction disputes specialist with over a decade of experience in claim analysis, disruption analysis, and contract management for projects across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. She has advised on complex disputes in sectors including infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, and process plants.
Beginning her career as an engineer, Mingming gained hands-on experience in engineering, procurement, and construction before specialising in dispute resolution. Her expertise covers quantum surveying, valuation of work done, valuation of variations, assessment of damages, and loss and expense analysis.
She has been appointed as a Quantum Expert in AIAC arbitrations and has acted as Lead Assistant to both quantum and delay experts (on disruption matters) in high-value international proceedings. Mingming is recognized for delivering clear, defensible analysis and practical strategies tailored to the data and circumstances of each case.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, she works seamlessly with clients and legal teams across jurisdictions, bridging technical precision with cultural and contractual insight.
