Ms. Zeniya is a construction delay analyst with experience in forensic schedule analysis, disruption claims, and project controls across a range of complex infrastructure projects.
Ms. Zeniya has been engaged in delay analysis for the Panama Canal expansion, evaluating labor disruptions, schedule adherence, and concrete related defects. She has also provided schedule and claims analysis on projects including a liquefied natural gas facility in Australia, a multi-billion-dollar potash mine in Canada, and a major international bridge project in North America.
Prior to joining Secretariat, Ms. Zeniya held positions at various organizations, where she gained experience in project management and engineering. She has worked with international firms and government agencies, gaining diverse experience in project execution and management. Her background includes roles both on-site in construction and in consulting environments providing her with well-rounded perspective on project execution, risk mitigation, and contractual claims.
