Mr. Kadhim is a testifying expert with broad experience preparing and responding to construction claims, performing delay analysis on multi-billion dollar projects in formal disputes, and providing advice on matters of delay in arbitration and litigation.

Yasir Kadhim is a testifying expert with broad experience preparing and responding to construction claims, performing delay analysis on multi-billion dollar projects in formal disputes, and providing advice on matters of delay in arbitration and litigation. Mr. Kadhim has worked on diverse and high-profile projects ranging from 1 million USD to 6 billion USD and spanning Canada, the Middle East, and Central and South Asia. His project portfolio includes residential and commercial developments, power projects, industrial projects, healthcare facilities, sewer, airports, infrastructure, transportation, and oil and gas & gas projects.
Before working in construction consulting, Mr. Kadhim worked in general contracting, assuming various roles, gaining practical experience in commercial and contracts management, negotiation, project coordination, planning, and procurement.
Mr. Kadhim researched on joint venture agreements and the implementation of virtual reality technologies in construction.
Mr. Kadhim is a CIArb accredited mediator, an RICS registered expert witness, and a frequent speaker in industry seminars with feedback noting his “rich knowledge on the topics” and “brilliant handling of questions”.
