Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Anderson was at EY Parthenon, a firm specializing in mergers & acquisitions where he oversaw General Counsel, Treasury, and anti-money laundering compliance for multiple billion-dollar transactions. As a Vice President at AlixPartners, Mr. Anderson provided financial expertise in bankruptcy-related disputes, securities litigation, and SEC investigations.
