Tony Kwok is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in construction claims, dispute resolution, and contract administration across international and domestic projects in the building, civil engineering, and oil & gas sectors. As a Director with Secretariat, he leads teams and works closely with Quantum Experts in the preparation of expert reports, joint statements, and detailed quantum analyses. His expertise covers a wide range of standard forms of contract, including FIDIC, JCT, NEC, IChemE, the Hong Kong Standard Form, EPC, and other bespoke agreements.
Mr. Kwok has advised leading blue-chip companies on numerous high-profile disputes, including the quantum assessment of prolongation, disruption, variation orders, termination losses, defects, and third-party claims. He is recognised for his ability to combine technical precision with clear strategic insight, providing clients with robust and reliable support in complex arbitration proceedings.
