Tanner Weil has an extensive background in civil and structural engineering and a broad knowledge of the construction industry, including firsthand field and advisory experience, including project administration, project controls, risk-based review of construction practices, and schedule review and oversight.
Mr. Weil has worked with contractors, owners, and various other stakeholders (domestic and international), providing support for disputes and claims involving excessive change orders, project management, project controls, scheduling, project delays, construction defects, labor productivity, damage quantification, cost overruns, and other issues.
In addition to supporting mediation, arbitration, and litigation, Mr. Weil has been directly involved with scheduled maintenance and project documentation and performed structural engineering design tasks and analysis. His industry experience includes power, process, and industrial projects, marine and offshore, land and subsea pipelines, building and commercial facilities, civil, infrastructure, government contracts, and aviation projects.
Mr. Weil has been involved in worldwide projects, including North America, South America, the Middle East, and East Asia. He has provided forensic analysis and support for dispute resolution in various forums, such as mediation, international arbitration, and litigation in state and federal courts.
