Secretariat Announces 2025 Mid-Year Promotions
Secretariat is thrilled to celebrate the mid-year promotion of 21 individuals across 11 global offices.
Mr. Jones is a Chartered Engineer with more than 20 years of international experience in engineering and construction in the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Jones specializes in delay analysis work for engineering and construction disputes. His previous industry experience was gained on offshore oil and gas projects in various locations including Mexico, the United States and Qatar; and his delay analysis experience was gained primarily on energy projects in South Africa, Tunisia, Algeria and the UK North Sea.
Mr. Jones has acted as lead assistant to the appointed delay expert on large-scale international projects, including disputes resolved through arbitration and mediation.
He began his engineering career in 1996 at an EPC contractor working in various commercial and engineering roles, before moving into consultancy work in 2019.
