He has led complex financial investigations and provided litigation consulting—including expert testimony at depositions, arbitrations, and jury trials—while representing clients in high-stakes financial reporting matters under investigation by the US Department of Justice, US Securities and Exchange Commission, United States General Accounting Office, and Federal Trade Commission.
