See Yen Lee is a quantity surveyor specializing in construction dispute resolution and quantum services. Her experience spans a variety of residential, commercial, institutional, infrastructure and oil and gas projects across Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.
Ms. Lee regularly provides quantum support to the quantum experts in the preparation of expert reports for litigation, arbitration and adjudication proceedings. Her responsibilities include preparing detailed prolongation and disruption claims, loss of profit claims, assessment of value of work done, variation works, and construction defects.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lee has honed her skills by working as a quantity surveyor in both quantity surveying firms and main contractor. Her background, which includes cost estimation, tender preparation, cost control, contract administration, payment valuation, disputes handling and settlement of final accounts, has provided her with a strong foundation of knowledge in quantity surveying practices.
