For nearly 20 years, Mr. Boulware’s efforts and creativity in assessing client needs, team structure, and strategic approach to market have often made him a top revenue generator. He has expanded multiple service lines – consulting and testifying economists, damages, and technical experts, trial presentation, pre-trial research (including focus groups and mock trials), and others – into law firms ranging from AmLaw 100 to litigation boutiques across the United States.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Boulware was a vice president of business development at Intensity. He has also held business development positions at other legal consulting firms, including a global expert witness agency and a litigation consulting firm, where he secured one of the firm’s largest accounts and drove accelerated growth in his practice areas and the company’s regional sales market. In addition, Mr. Boulware was a marketing director at a corporate entertainment production company, helping produce multi-million-dollar events that garnered industry-wide recognition.
