He has high-level expertise in delay analysis and has supported clients on diverse projects in the building, energy, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors across the Middle East, Africa, North America, and Asia.
Mr. Sakka is skilled in forensic delay analysis techniques and has successfully led complex delay analysis projects. He promptly assesses the causes and likely impact of delays, presenting his findings in detailed and comprehensive reports that focus on facts, contemporary evidence, and clear illustrative charts.
Before joining Secretariat, Mr. Sakka worked with a renowned global construction claims consultancy handling major claims in the Middle East. He also gained valuable experience as a planner, progressing to Head of Planning Department for one of the largest contractors in the Middle East during his six-year tenure.
