Dr. Brady has taken the lead on several matters at the International Trade Commission and in several high-profile cases in U.S. District Courts. Notably, he managed work on the Juno Therapeutics v. Kite Pharma matter from the pre-litigation phase through trial completion. He was instrumental in helping secure a full damages award for Juno Therapeutics. Dr. Brady has also provided strategic licensing guidance to companies with foundational patent portfolios.
