Mr. Tik is a qualified civil engineer and chartered quantity surveyor (MRICS) with more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry. He specialises in contract management, contractual claims preparation and defense, quantum and delay analyses, commercial management, project planning and scheduling for construction and engineering projects.

He specialises in contract management, contractual claims preparation and defense, quantum and delay analyses, commercial management, project planning, and scheduling for construction and engineering projects. His experience portfolio includes multifunctional complexes, high-rise buildings, airports, office and residential buildings, shopping malls, hotels, medical facilities, light industrial plants, warehouses, power plants, dredging & reclamation works, water supply & treatment facilities, and highways.
Mr. Tik has advised clients on contractual entitlements, claims preparation, and defense. He has broad experience with quantum and delay analyses stemming from project impacts. His experience includes preparing and reviewing schedules and quantum/damage analyses related to project delays, disruption, productivity, time impacts, acceleration, and suspension.
Before consulting, Mr. Tik worked in general contracting, contract and claims management, commercial management, tendering, and business development. His responsibilities included subcontractor management, change order analysis and preparation, project planning and scheduling, monitoring project finance and progress to works schedule, construction defects analysis, quantity surveying, cost estimating, and pricing.
