Mr. Morjaria has acted as a party-appointed expert or expert accounting adviser on behalf of both claimants and defendants, providing expert opinions on complex, high profile matters including loss of profits claims in contractual disputes, business and share valuation disputes, breach of warranty claims and accounting reconstruction and restatements. He has also led numerous post-acquisition completion and earnout disputes, acting as a party-appointed adviser or an independent expert determiner, and has experience of assessing liability in auditor and accounting negligence claims.
He has acted in international arbitration proceedings under the auspices of ICSID, ICC, LCIA, DIAC and UNCITRAL, as well as commercial litigation proceedings in the UK High Court. He has also been appointed to conduct expert determinations under the President’s Nomination Scheme of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr. Morjaria’s work covers a variety of industry sectors including retail, manufacturing, financial services, energy, mining and metals, real estate, construction, transport, consumer services and technology. He regularly works on international engagements involving clients and parties in Europe, the Middle East, India, the CIS, Africa and Asia.

Mr. Morjaria regularly speaks on and provides training to lawyers and barristers on topics relating to damages quantification and forensic accounting.
