Nicolas Noyer is a dual-qualified Quantity Surveyor (France & UK) with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Noyer provides independent expert advice on construction projects in quantum analysis, including assessments of productivity/inefficiency, prolongation, variations, final account evaluation, and other damages impacts.

Mr. Noyer has worked for large engineering and construction companies, onsultancies, and client organizations on projects in the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and North and South Americas. He has provided cost, procurement and contract advice, and dispute resolution services on a broad range of projects, including oil & gas, petrochemical, power supply and distribution, rail, civils, infrastructure, and the aviation sectors.  He has experience in project delivery and dispute resolution under many forms of construction contract including the Engineering Construction Contract (NEC), various FIDIC forms, ICE, JCT, and other bespoke forms of Contract. He also has experience in a variety of dispute resolution forums, including mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation. 

Mr. Noyer has been appointed as quantum expert in an ICC arbitration relating to the value of the Mechanical & Electrical works for a new mosque in North Africa. He was also appointed as quantum expert in an arbitration

in the construction of a waste to energy plant in the UK, and appointed in a French Expertise Judiciaire that concerned the construction of an underground gas storage facility. In addition to his own appointments, Mr. Noyer also regularly assists other named quantum experts and he has participated in and supported other quantum experts in a number of large value disputes. He has extensive experience of the case management process, and he has assisted legal teams in the preparation and management of witness evidence and cross-examination questions. 

Mr. Noyer is bilingual in French and English.
