With more than 15 years of experience in the consulting industry, Mr. Khedr has actively participated in the analysis of diverse construction claims within various dispute resolution forums, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation. His expertise encompasses the evaluation of schedule delays and impacts, damages arising from alleged delays and disruptions due to errors and omissions, construction defects, contractor’s termination costs, engineering challenges, direct and business interruption costs associated with insurance claims, direct cost overruns, and liquidated damages stemming from complex construction disputes.
Mr. Khedr brings a global perspective, having consulted on a diverse range of projects worldwide, encompassing airports, oil and gas facilities and pipelines, electrical transmission and distribution networks, nuclear power plants, wastewater treatment plants, earthwork, infrastructure, commercial office building and hotel construction projects.
Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Khedr honed his practical expertise through several years of on-site roles. Notably, he served as the on-site contract administration engineer for the construction of a $480M+ airport terminal building in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, where he successfully coordinated and managed all contractual aspects and project controls.
