Michelle Creed is a client-focused recruiting professional with global experience at major professional services and financial services firms. At Secretariat, she leads a team focused on improving the overall new candidate experience, which includes implementing processes and technologies that enhance recruiting initiatives and crafting strategies that reach and engage top talent. She brings unique experience in identifying talent in Secretariat’s core areas of focus, including disputes, commercial damages, construction, intellectual property, compliance, cyber risk, and forensic investigations.
Most recently, Ms. Creed spent nearly 10 years at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) as the Global Recruiting Leader for the firm’s Governance, Risk, and Advisory Group. Before joining Kroll, Michelle was a member of the recruiting leadership team at professional services firm The Claro Group. She started her career at Andersen Consulting and has additional experience in corporate and agency recruiting environments.
