Mr. Pogue has consulted on major construction and engineering projects in most global regions and across multiple industry sectors, including residential and commercial buildings (new build and refurbishment), infrastructure (aviation, rail, and highways), and energy (power, utilities, energy from waste).
Mr. Pogue is highly skilled in providing analysis and opinion on construction claims, such as change/variation of scope, prolongation, acceleration, disruption, and other indirect cost claims, including loss of overhead and/or profit and finance charges.
