Michael Koenig draws on a wealth of knowledge and know-how from his years of service as a senior prosecutor and trial attorney at the Department of Justice to conduct time-sensitive, high-stakes investigations relating to criminal and civil antitrust matters, as well as white-collar fraud, often coordinating with domestic and foreign law-enforcement and regulatory entities. He has led numerous complex domestic and international criminal cartel investigations, and investigated and litigated merger and civil conduct relating to antitrust. He has also supervised corporate monitors and mediated disputes between monitors and monitored entities.
Mr. Koenig’s experience encompasses numerous industries, including agriculture, chemical manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, financial products, healthcare, international shipping, consumer products, real estate, forestry products, healthcare, insurance, and software engineering.
