Michael Kling provides advisory services and consulting to public and private sector clients on construction cost reviews and audits, change orders and claims, and quantum and damages analysis. He specializes in project management and controls, project risk, process improvements, construction fraud investigations, and commercial and construction litigation on projects all over the world.

Mr. Kling has more than 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, working as a professional engineer, licensed attorney, and as a construction consultant. He has a proven record of assisting clients in various capacities throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Since 2011, Mr. Kling has been a Board Member for the Manhattan Beach Board of Building Appeals and served as a Board Member for the Manhattan Beach Unified School District Bond Oversight Committee, Measure BB, from 2008-2011.
