A licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator, Mark Fecke leverages his experience and expertise to solve complex technical problems involving various types of combustion, mechanical, or fluid handling equipment or systems. These engineering evaluations, root cause or failure analyses, origin and cause investigations, or risk assessments have involved the design, commissioning, operations, and/or maintenance of utility, industrial, commercial or residential system including boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, combustion equipment, fluid handling systems and other types of thermal and mechanical systems.
Mr. Fecke has applied his experience in a wide range of industries, including power generation, utility and industrial plant system commissioning, combustion equipment, fire and explosion investigations, fluid and bulk solid handling, and pressure vessel and general mechanical engineering failure analysis.
Mr. Fecke has been presented as an expert and advised clients in various adjudicatory venues, including federal court, state courts, mediation, and international arbitrations. For his exceptional work as an expert witness in litigation, Mr. Fecke received Lexology Index’s 2023 Client Choice Award, and was the exclusive winner of the publication’s 2022 and 2024 Client Choice Award for Construction Expert Witnesses in the USA.
