Mr. Pichon has considerable expertise in forensic schedule analysis, labor productivity, schedule management, and energy and infrastructure construction.
Marc Pichon is a claims and scheduling consultant with extensive experience performing forensic schedule analyses and working with project teams to provide schedule management and advisory services.
Mr. Pichon consults and supports contractors, public and private owners, and various project stakeholders, managing claims and resolving construction disputes that involve excessive change orders, critical path delays, labor productivity impacts, and disruption. His experience includes preparing presentations and expert reports for mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Mr. Pichon provides schedule advisory and project controls services, including reviewing, analyzing, and preparing schedule updates and recovery schedules.
He has performed productivity assessments and employed critical path delay analyses. Mr. Pichon uses methodologies that include as-planned vs. as-built analysis, time impact analysis, and windows analysis. His experience in energy, industrial manufacturing, and infrastructure construction includes healthcare, aerospace, marine, and commercial projects.
