Mr. Eckhardt uses his experience in accounting, finance and valuation to provide analysis and expert testimony in complex disputes involving breach of contract damages, breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder oppression claims, appraisal rights, intellectual property infringement damages, post-acquisition disputes, among others.
Mr. Eckhardt has also led numerous engagements involving the valuation of businesses, ownership interests, and intangible assets for estate and gift tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning purposes, litigation and conflict resolution in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction, telecom, education, health care, technology, alcohol, cannabis and real estate, among others.
