A few examples of his work:

Copyrighted works posted on social media: Performed an analysis of damages resulting from the use of copyrighted music on the internet. Economic issues assessed included causal connection, statutory damages, actual damages, apportionment, vicarious liability, disgorgement of profits, and a reasonable licensing royalty.

Patent damages for medical devices: Analyzed damages for alleged infringement of cardiovascular stents. Economic issues considered included the contribution of the patented technology to sales, licensing agreements, convoyed goods, reasonable royalty, and lost profits.

Breach of Contract: Evaluated damages resulting from the alleged breach of a non-competition agreement and associated trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation. Issues considered included forecasting future revenues and direct costs, market competition, pre-judgement interest, and weighted-average cost of capital in a foreign country to develop a discounted cash flow model.

Securities Fraud: Determined the value of certain assets in an investment portfolio over time using financial models to estimate the alleged asset overvaluation and inflated investment advisory fees.
