Mr. Aktas has consulted on construction projects worldwide about preparing forensic delay analyses and independent expert reports, schedule control, and dispute resolution matters. Additionally, he has experience in general contracting and structural and civil engineering. Before working as a consultant, Mr. Aktas worked in general contracting, construction management, and research and development. He held contract management responsibilities constructing various private projects worldwide and several research projects within the United States.
